To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that customized products can only be returned if they are manufactured incorrectly.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the product was damaged.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
